We, men, keep getting stuck. As a group, we look for honest relationships and other men we can rely on for support. The one big problem is for generations we have been taught that communication is not manly and that we have to stand alone in order to be strong. To be aggressive is to show our masculinity. As a result, we have corporate, a corporate world that is full of discrimination. Our world lacks compassion and empathy. We have mass bombings and shootings, global leaders who refuse to back down and global defence groups who refuse to talk until they have a stronghold over the enemy. It doesn’t have to be that way. And as men, we don’t have to act just like women do either. We do have to be completely open and accept people for who they are. We have to lower expectations of how people will react. We can keep our strength and our boundaries without aggression. We need to build boundaries from kindness and compassion for ourselves and not attack or compete against others. We need to change our world. If we want to protect we need to create more cooperatives and end competition so that we all can celebrate the win. Our communities need us to listen and fix the real problems. We can focus our businesses on Happy points and build more happiness. Older bigger businesses don’t have to. Our businesses don’t have to just fix the pain. Points. It can look beyond the problems showing customers how, how sad they are, and build happiness and fun. So stress is no longer a focus. Let’s build a beautiful let’s build beautiful my brothers and I recently had a conversation with Michael Jaquith who wants to teach some of the things I just talked about.
