Water needs to move when water moves it brings nutrients it brings things to areas that are needed in order for life to thrive 80% of our bodies is made of water and light the water that flows in the rivers and streams if it sits still and become stagnant water. Standing water brings germs mould and bacteria making it difficult to drink making it difficult to bring the nutrients that we need to be helping. The same thing happens in our bodies when we sit to steal the water in our bodies become stagnant and this can bring about depression disease making us feel achy and unhealthy. This is why we need to get up and we need to move we need to exercise when we exercise the water in our body moves. Supplying our part with fresh oxygen fresh nutrients and the things that we need to fight off disease to fight off depression. Because of the water in our bodies, it’s no wonder that when we exercise I feel happier did it brings about a healthier body that limits the diseases they can come past our immune system. Exercise makes her immune system stronger making us healthier and when we are healthier we can be happier. When we are healthy and strong we can be our happiest that’s brings us to a direct connection between healthy and happy with the bridge between the two between the amount of exercise and movement we get every day. There may not necessarily be a connection between size health and happiness but there is a connection between being able to move and the level of happiness that we can actually have in our lives. Exercise involvement is extremely important in everyone’s life and we need to find the right balance between the two.
