On June 1 in British Columbia as part of phase 2 opening of commerce also opened schools to what should be a 20% capacity. The would seem to be an experiment to see how far they can let student resume normal class setting without increasing the rate of infection to Covid-19. Minister Rob Flemming is being very cautious in open schools. Each school across the province had to submit a plan to ensure that student and teacher would not be infected. Along with Minister Flemming also made an announcement about new school construction and plans to eliminate mobile classrooms. Surrey BC especially has a large number of these mobiles setting on school properties and these mobiles could be a source of infection but are certainly are a hindrance to the quality of education.
